  • Transcribed Speech: When you speak into the app, your speech is transcribed into text.
  • Message History: We store the transcribed user messages and the AI responses provided by Nomad AI.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve the app’s functionality
  • Personalize your experience
  • Maintain a history of conversations so you can refer back to them
  • Authenticate your account via Apple Sign-In

 

3. Third-Party Services

We use OpenAI to generate AI responses based on your transcribed messages. These requests are made anonymously, without including any identifying user information.

We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

 

4. Data Storage and Retention

We store your:

  • Apple-authenticated user credential
  • Conversation history (transcribed messages and AI responses)

This data is stored securely on our servers in the United States and retained as long as your account remains active.

 

5. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the “Delete Account” feature in the app. This action permanently removes your data from our servers.

 

6. Children’s Privacy

Nomad AI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

 

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the data we store about you
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account
